Mamaroneck Beach & Yacht Club - Status Update The Planning Board has reviewed the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS) with their consultants at the 10/14/15 meeting and provided a memo to the applicant indicating several items that need to be revised and submitted to the Planning Board before the DSEIS document can be determined to be complete. The Planning Board has not yet received the requested revisions. The Commission has received the DSEIS Draft submission by the Applicant (9/1/15) and the Planning Board's completeness memo submitted to the Applicant on 10/14/15.
BOT Referral - PLL-M-2015 Advisory Consistency Recommendation to the Board of Trustees for PLL-M-2015 to amend the Village Zoning Map to rezone property along the west side of Library lane from C-1 to C-2. PLL-M-2015 also modifies the minimum front yard setback to 15 feet for these properties with no parking permitted in the front yard.
NEW BUSINESS BOT Referral - PLL-U-2015 - Advisory Consistency Review Board of Trustees has referred PLL-U-2015 to the HCZM Commission for an advisory consistency determination. PLL-U-2015 is a legislative action removing in its entirety Subsection D of 342-32 permitting private schools as a temporary special permit use in the M-1. The current code was amended in 2012 in response to a petition by FASNY to allow a special permit by the Planning Board to allow a private school such as FASNY to locate its education facility on property within the Village's M-1 District.
526 Shore Acres Drive - Marine Structures Permit HCZM Commission will review marine structure permit for the legalization of a dock at 526 Shore Acres Drive in the R-10 Residential District. The Commission will also determine consistency with the Village's LWRP.
120 Madison Street (Aqua Tots) - Consistency Review HCZM Commission will review site plan and special permit for Applicant's proposal to establish a swim school (Aqua Tots) in the former Strait Gate Church (120 Madison Street). The Planning Board is currently reviewing the site plan for the adaptive reuse of the church as a swim school. The Board of Trustees has approved the rezoning extending the C-1 zoning on the front portion of the property to the rear R-4F part of the site.
