No new living space beyond the existing foundation perimeter is proposed. Planning Board to review the site plan. The application was reviewed by the Planning Board on January 13, 2021. Engineering report is pending. Board member review of the landscape design report is pending. The application was reviewed and approved by the Board of Architectural Review on December 1, 2020 5.
