Executive Session

A. Advice of Counsel - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered for the Board of
Trustees to convene as a Board of Police Commissioners

B. Manager's Office Personnel Matter - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to
enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)(f) of the New York State Public
Officers Law as it relates to the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a
particular person or corporation or matters leading to the appointment, employment,
promotion, demotions, suspension, dismissal, or removal of a particular person or
corporation in the Manager's Office.

C. Land Use Board Personnel Matter - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to
enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)(f) of the New York State Public
Officers Law as it relates to the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a
particular person or corporation or matters leading to the appointment, employment,
promotion, demotions, suspension, dismissal, or removal of a particular person or
corporation on a Land Use Board.

D. Parks and Recreation Commission - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to
enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)(f) of the New York State Public
Officers Law as it relates to the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a
particular person or corporation or matters leading to the appointment of an individual
to the Parks & Recreation Commission

E. Goldstein vs. Village of Mamaroneck - 130 Beach Avenue - It is anticipated that a
motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)d of the
New York State Public Officers Law as it related to matter of proposed, pending or
current litigation

F. 130 Beach Avenue - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into
Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)d of the New York State Public Officers Law
as it related to matter of proposed, pending or current litigation

G. AVC Properties vs Village of Mamaroneck - It is anticipated that a motion will be
offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)d of the New York State
Public Officers Law as it related to matter of proposed, pending or current litigation
