Executive Session - A. Ad-Hoc Committee on Year Round Recreation - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)(f) of the New York State Public Officers Law as it relates to the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a particular person or corporation or matters leading to the appointment of an individual(s) to the Ad-Hoc Committee on Year Round Recreation B. Manager's Office Personnel Matter - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)(f) of the New York State Public Officers Law as it relates to the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a particular person or corporation or matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotions, suspension, dismissal, or removal of a particular person or corporation in the Manager's Office. C. AVC Properties vs Village of Mamaroneck - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)d of the New York State Public Officers Law as it related to matter of proposed, pending or current litigation D. Hampshire Recreation, LLC, vs. The Village of Mamaroneck, The Village of Mamaroneck Planning Board - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)d of the New York State Public Officers Law as it related to matter of proposed, pending or current litigation E. Goldstein vs. Village of Mamaroneck FOIL - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)d of the New York State Public Officers Law as it related to matter of proposed, pending or current litigation
