The applicant seeks to construct an inground pool, including sitework and grading as well as construction of new retaining wall, fence and patio. Planning Board to review the site plan.
The application was reviewed by the Board of Architectural Review on January 21, 2020. It was discussed that the application should be deferred for final approval until after the Planning Board has granted their approval. The application was adjourned to a future meeting.
